The 20 µm grade (typical for the 026 family) balances filtration efficiency with dirt-holding capacity.

Installation & Service

1. Shut down the compressor/hydraulic unit; relieve oil pressure to 0 bar.

   
   

2. Drain oil from the filter housing — place an oil collector beneath before opening.

   
   

3. Withdraw the spent element — never strike, drop, or pry the element; the media pack is precision-formed.

   
   

4. Inspect the housing interior, bypass spring (if fitted), and seal groove.

   
   

5. Seat the new element — confirm flow direction arrow (Outside → Inside). Renew all O-rings / seals.

   
   

6. Close the housing, torque bolts evenly. Ramp system pressure up gradually — do not instantaneously open the valve to full pressure.

   
   

7. Check for leaks at operating temperature.
