Overhaul & Service Kit – Models OSP-22S5ANA & OSP-37M5AN

Two comprehensive maintenance kits engineered for the OSP-series 22 kW and 37 kW rotary screw compressors. The OSP-22S5ANA kit is specified for the 22 kW frame (S-type compact footprint), while the OSP-37M5AN kit serves the 37 kW M-type frame with a larger airend and higher oil-circuit volume. Both kits consolidate all wear-items required for scheduled service — from routine 2000-hour service through full airend overhaul — reducing downtime and eliminating piecemeal ordering.

Kit Tiers Available

• Tier A – Routine Service (2000 h): Air filter element, oil filter cartridge, oil separator cartridge, V-belt set (if belt-drive), shaft seal minor kit

  
  

• Tier B – Intermediate (4000–6000 h): Tier A contents + inlet valve rebuild kit (springs, seals, poppet), thermostat valve cartridge, check valve O-ring set, drain valve repair kit

Application Guidance

OSP-22S5ANA kit – Routine and major service on 22 kW S-frame compressors used in workshops, auto repair bays, and light manufacturing. The S-frame's compact envelope means separator and filter dimensions are trimmed vs. the M-frame — confirm kit tier before ordering.

OSP-37M5AN kit – Service on 37 kW M-frame compressors in larger plants, pneumatic conveying, and continuous-duty shops. The M-frame carries a higher oil charge and larger separator, so Tier B/C kits include upsized valve parts and airend bearings rated for the heavier rotor assembly.

📎 Tier selection guide: Tier A every 2000 h / 6 months; Tier B every 4000–6000 h or when ΔP on separator exceeds 0.8 bar; Tier C at 12000–16000 h, or when airend noise/vibration increases, discharge temp rises >10 °C above baseline, or oil carryover >5 ppm.

Installation Notes (Tier C / Airend Overhaul)

1. Isolate & depressurize — lock out electrical supply, vent receiver and oil circuit to 0 bar.

   
   

2. Drain oil while warm; catch for proper disposal.

   
   

3. Remove separator — unbolt the housing lid, lift old cartridge with the center bolt, replace O-ring on the lid seat.

   
   

4. Replace air & oil filters — spin-off oil filter (¾ turn hand-tight), swap air filter cartridge, seat safety element if fitted.

   
   

5. Airend work (Tier C) — disassemble inlet-end bell, extract rotor assembly, press out old bearings using a hydraulic press, install new labyrinths and seals with manufacturer-specified clearance (typically 0.10–0.15 mm on rotor-to-housing). Torque bell bolts to spec (typical 45–60 N·m cross-pattern).

   
   

6. Refill with fresh compressor oil to sight-glass midpoint; run 5 min, top up, run to operating temp, recheck level and leaks.

   
   

7. Log service tier, hours, oil batch, and any airend measurements (axial play, discharge temp).
