Hydraulic Oil Filter Element – Product Detail

These hydraulic oil filter elements (Р1400009-00770 / Р1400009-00771) are designed for pressure-line or return-line filtration in stationary industrial hydraulic systems, compressor lube loops, gearbox circulation, and process-oil circuits. They remove abrasive particles and degradation by-products from mineral or synthetic oils, protecting pumps, valves, bearings, and actuators.

Construction

The element uses a pleated glass-microfiber media (resin-impregnated, β₁₀ ≥ 200) supported by a perforated steel center tube and an outer galvanised-steel retainer cage. End caps are epoxy-bonded steel; the seal groove accepts either nitrile (NBR) or fluorocarbon (FKM) O‑rings depending on the variant. A bypass valve (typically 1.0–1.5 bar) is integrated in the mating head, not the element. Collapse pressure rating is 21 bar standard (31 bar wire‑back option available on request).

Technical Comparison

The Δ1 tail difference indicates seal polymer only; all other dimensions, media grade, bypass, and collapse ratings are identical. The element fits the same permanent head (Р1400009‑00xxx series, tail < 00770).

Selection Guidance

Choose 00770 (NBR) for standard mineral hydraulic oils, diesel‑engine lube, and compressor oils where operating temperature stays below 80°C. Choose 00771 (FKM) for synthetic oils (PAO, PAG), high‑temperature circuits (up to 100°C), or when biodiesel / HVO blends are present – FKM resists swelling and embrittlement that NBR suffers in aggressive fluids.

Maintenance

Replace when differential pressure reaches 1.5–2.0 bar or per OEM schedule (typically 2 000–4 000 operating hours for hydraulic loops, 500–1 000 hours for engine lube). Always replace the O‑ring with the same polymer as the element. Store in a cool, dry environment away from UV and ozone.
